Markey 5.1 Release Notes

The latest and greatest set of code for Markey Digital Signage is now live! Check out the items that were updated with this latest release here and stay tuned for even more updates and functionality soon!

• Media Keyword Search
  • You can now search by keyword in your Media Library. Make sure when you upload your files, they have a descriptive filename and aren’t merely labeled something like, “IMG_0884.jpg” otherwise you’re going to have a bad time.
• Media manager multi-select improvements
  • You can now shift+click to select/deselect images between your clicks in order to select more than one image.
• Disabled currently selected plan
  • When choosing to upgrade from Basic to Pro, it’s more evident where you need to click to complete the upgrade.
• Converting a lot of front-end code over to a more dynamic framework.
• Rewrote the YouTube video widget (now v3) to strip out all of the extra error checking/catching. Trying to go as slim as possible to help with stability and will add back features and functions based on user feedback.
• A whole bunch of CSS and styling cleanup including vertical spacing on forms and more.
